ABSTRACT 

A light beam emitting device is adapted for mounting on a conventional spot light and has a mirror (40) which may be panned and tilted to direct the spot light beam. A cage (18) surrounding the mirror contains coloured filters which may be rotated relative to the mirror to effect colour changes.
